Vijaya Nirvana is an adept Yoga Therapist with 11 years of experience, holding a degree in Yoga & Spirituality from S-VYASA University and a Master’s in Yoga Therapy from Manipal University.
With a unique foundation in the Gurukula system of eduction from Maithreyee Gurukulam, her primary and secondary education immersed her in Veda Mantras, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and yoga studies, fostering a deep affinity for Indian culture and tradition.

Are there any age restrictions for the workshop?
There are no age restrictions. Participants of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults, can join the workshop and benefit from the practice.
How can I catch up on missed lessons?
Missed lessons can be revisited through recordings provided after each session which will be available for 30 days. Participants can review the content at their own pace and catch up on any missed material.
How will I continue my practice after the workshop ?
You will be given plenty of follow-up guided chanting practice videos with 30 days free access and you will be a member of NIRVANA COMMUNITY APP to clarify your doubts during the course of the workshop.
What materials do I need for the workshop?
All you need is a device with internet access to attend the sessions.
Ear phones or headphones recommended.
The necessary materials, in the form of a guide book will be provided digitally.
Do I need to know Sanskrit to participate?
No prior knowledge of Sanskrit is required. Nirvana will provide transliterations and explanations, ensuring everyone can follow and understand the chants.
Can I attend during periods?
We recommend taking rest from loud chanting of any shloka during menstruation, However, you can chanting in mind or listen to them and contemplate their meaning.
Incase you miss any live classes, You can catch up with them later with the help of the recordings.
Is it safe to attend during pregnancy?
Yes, its completely safe to chant shloka during pregnancy, however during the last 2 months of pregnancy, We recommend chanting in mind or listen to them and contemplate their meaning.
Can I attend the workshop if I am not of a particular religious background?
Absolutely! Shloka chanting is a universal practice transcending religious boundaries.
Participants from all backgrounds are welcome to explore this enriching spiritual experience.

Classes went smoothly to accuratly information and pronunciation. All my questions were answered in knowledge sessions. Some them which I was unable to teach my daughter were all answer Ed.
